started wearing makeup a year ago, any advice? i think i am either neutral or cool-toned, not really sure. my friends say cool toned looks better on me i mostly follow and own k-beauty makeup products. i usually use korean foundation products in 19-21n i also have really deep acne scars so i prefer matte > glowy makeup. any tips or feedback is appreciated!
