Thinking of removing phone number from my webshops
Thinking of removing phone number from my webshops I'm coming across much larger online stores than myself that do not list a phone number. I always thought it hurts customer trust a lot by not having one. But it is taking up a lot of my time answering calls and interupting my workflow (don't have staff). Especially with the holiday season coming up. I often find myself not answering phone calls...
