Do Alibaba gives refund on time? I recently made a purchase from Alibaba but the service of the logistics was shit so I applied for refund and they told me that my refund is processed and I will be getting by 11/11 but in the help center > refund section there is nothing getting showed I doubt now why is it even taking so long it's been 3 days already
