Has anyone actually had a good experience in Cartagena recently? We love old colonial towns and the travel influencers have me wanting to add it to my Latin America itinerary. But seeing a bunch of posts on here has made me question what the experience is actually like. Seems like most people have found Cartagena to be a bit seedy and have too many aggressive street vendors. Has anyone here actually had a go...
