how much should i spend on rent? what should by budget be for being in the bay area? I just got my first job and its based out of San Mateo i am 22 years old and graduating college this year.. My salary is 90k before taxes, I am looking for a good / cheap ( i know those dont get along) place to stay either in san mateo or somewhere surrounding where i can commute in. My job requires me to be up early so traffic isnt a huge thing...
