LPT:If you struggle getting your fruit intake for the day, eat a handful of grapes or some tangerines after a workout I like fruit but it’s not always easy to grab some when competing against junk food. I discovered that right after a workout instead of chugging water when I get home I wolf down cold tangerines and grapes from the fridge. It hits the spot like you wouldn’t believe. Watermelon is also right up there.
