Dad was victim of wire fraud. He took some steps. What should he do next? As the title states, my father was the victim of wire fraud. The fraudster took from their personal bank accounts (Citi bank). He reached out to Citi bank and they aren’t being so helpful. What are some next steps to getting his money back?
