How are you collecting first-party data? I’m looking to understand how stores are currently collecting and leveraging first-party data. I’ve noticed more brands shifting to first-party data collection methods like product quizzes, interactive forms etc. Also, how are you using this data to improve customer experience, personalization, or engagement?
