Buying Property during Residency
Buying Property during Residency We live in a VHCOL area where rent is ~$3000+ per month. I have found a mobile home in the $200s which would make our mortgage alone would be around $1800 a month. We would be there for four years and plan on leaving the area post residency and I am unsure if this is a smart financial decision or not. Any advice is welcome!
