Preventing fraud with bigcommerce/braintree?

Preventing fraud with bigcommerce/braintree? I average maybe 2 fraud chargebacks a year. However I have had 3 in the past 3 months. 2 in one week. orders were under $100. They passed avs/cvv checks.
