I'm saving up for my first home, how much should I save to start actually looking at houses? I am a 23 yr old recent graduate in STL with a full time job, taking in about 3.5k/month. I currently have $12,000 saved up and have a high credit score. I'm looking at houses online between the $100,000-$200,000 range but I feel like it's still so far out of reach. When should I be more serious and start actually looking for houses?
