Should I sell my side-business to pay off my student loans? My wife and I have $91k in student loans, but I have a small app that brings in almost $4300 3,400 / mo (before taxes). I could realistically get about $120k for it (again, before taxes). However, I'm not sure if that's worth giving up the $40k per year to pay it off quickly? Edit: accidentally swapped my app revenue numbers.
