LPT - Halloween: Glow necklaces are cheaper than candy and kids go nuts for them! We started giving away glow necklaces/bracelets a couple years ago in order to have something for the kids who can’t have candy. We bought a 400 piece set for like $30. It had glow glasses and wands and all kinds of fun stuff. The kids lost their adorable little minds for it. Even when we were giving out full size candy bars and bags of skittles...
