LPT - When you are younger, say HS and College, try to get jobs in contractor and landscaping work. When you have a house one day, you will save a ton of money by being able to do things yourself. As a new homeowner, I wish I had some of these skills already developed. I’d even go as far as taking classes now to learn these skills. Knowing how to do landscaping and certain work around the house would have legitimately saved me 10’s of thousands in the past 15 months.
