As a business move does it make sense to offer free shipping? I’m selling shampoos and conditioners for $38 each, with free shipping across the U.S. Without free shipping, the price would be around $28. I added $10 to the price to cover shipping costs and make free shipping more attractive to customers. Is this a smart business move? Is the shipping cost too low? Would customers prefer to pay for shipping?...
