What’s better to use, 70-200 F2.8 but with a tele converter that makes it a 140-400 F5.6, or a 100-400 F4.5? Sony lenses for A7iii shooting sports. Tired of using 70-200 and want to try my hands at a bigger lens. I have 2 options. I can rent a 100-400 f4.5 G master lens for €50. Or I can rent a 70-200 f2.8 G master lens with a converter that makes it 140-400 but F5.6 for €30. I’ve never used converters so I don’t know if they’re any good. I can see the...
