Social listening tools for narrative and culture changes I’m looking for social tools to help understand narrative and/or cultural changes. I’ve heard of Sparks & Honey’s Q but wonder are there others to consider? I’m coming from a monitoring, evaluation, and impact lens for this kind of work. Appreciate the help!
