Publicly-traded employer going private. What to do with vested RSUs? My employer is publicly traded on the NYSE. They are being bought by a private equity company and going private in Q1 2025. The plan is that all outstanding shares will be converted to cash at the deal price. For my vested RSUs, this will be a substantial amount of money. I am trying to consider strategies on how to best handle this forced sale....
