Mushroom Stroganoff My wife likes to eat vegetarian as much as possible, as I do all the cooking I try to be mindful of it! I got into mushrooms as a meat substitute. This is a mushroom stroganoff made with organic shiitake and baby oyster mushrooms! It was excellent!
