Why is Bruce Campbell credited as a “special guest star” in Hysteria? I don’t always understand the rules of credits and titles and pay grades and all the weird shit that goes into that. Maybe a spoiler but it’s not like he dies in the first 20 min or anything. Why wouldn’t he be in the main title credits?
