Traveling by air with a PVC pipe
Traveling by air with a PVC pipe I have a friend who is traveling by air (within the USA) and is carrying a 12" PVC pipe with her. She can either carry it in her carry-on or put it in her checked bag. How much scrutiny will TSA give her? The PVC is painted blue and will be carrying posters inside it while traveling; she has a use for it as a tripod extender.
