Is there a site or app to check picturesque weather conditions (forecast), like fog, auroras, eclipse, halo? Bonus points if there's a way to receive notifications about such conditions. And to explain a bit more, "can't you just look outta window or just go out and see?", well, yes, but you don't look out the window 24/7, and things can happen / be visible in one area of the city and not the other, also planning ahead.
