Eyeshadow never stays vibrant. Always blends, help? I use twoface eyeshadow primer and i feel like its either not working or my eyeshadow doesnt hold up. Im using a drugstore eyeshadow here and its supposed to be bright yellow but its lost its luster in a half hour. I also use elf setting spray to try and keep it on longer but that doesn’t seem to help either.
