Should I use Google Customer Reviews if I’m already using another review software?
Should I use Google Customer Reviews if I'm already using another review software? Currently use Fera reviews for my store, and I just got an email from Google telling me I should use their reviews. Thing is, I don't want my customers to get 2 separate emails asking them to give 2 reviews for the same purchase... Anyone have any experience with something like this? Thanks!
