base for dry skin
base for dry skin i have dry skin and the concealer i’ve been using isn’t helping much, can all the dry skin friends drop their fav base routine? this may include moisturizer, primer, concealer and foundation! preferably a high-coverage concealer because i have really dark eyebags.
