Which photography gear would you carry on a day hike? I live near the Canadian Rockies. My hikes are often around 12km with up to 800m elevation gain. I have a Canon t6i with the following lenses: Canon EF 50mm 1:1.8 STM Tamron 90mm f2.8 1:1 macro Canon EF-S 10-18mm 1:4.5-5.6 IS STM Canon EFS 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6 IS STM Canon EF-S 55-250mm 1:4-5.6 IS STM I also have a Three Legged Thing Billy tripod....
