How do you handle RSUs? Wife got a new job with same pretty insane (to us) RSUs. $250k that vests over four years. 25% of that amount vests each year until year 4. Also, she gets $90k in additional RSUs as a performance bonus each year that is vested immediately. Not sure if it matters, but the company is private and not publicly traded.
