CT resident considering a remote job in Philadelphia. Apparently Philly has a “wage tax” of 3.44% of any income made within the city. How do taxes work in this situation?

CT resident considering a remote job in Philadelphia. Apparently Philly has a "wage tax" of 3.44% of any income made within the city. How do taxes work in this situation? I've never heard of a city having a "wage tax" separate from traditional state income tax, but I guess that's a thing in Philly. As a CT resident, how would this work? Am I filing CT state tax and Pennsylvania state tax AND a Philadelphia wage tax thing?
