Wrong surname Norwegian Booked a Norwegian plane ticket through a bureau but we inserted a surname without the last part of it. Smith-Jones was typed in as Smith. Would that prevent us from flying? The bureau insists they cannot change it due to " a policy between the bureau and airline". Anyone heard about this? It sounds insane to say the least
