Can I apply for an eVisa if my other citizenship allows me to enter that country visa-free? I’m a U.S. and Belarus dual citizen. My Belarus passport is expiring soon. I may have to go to Brazil and Azerbaijan within the next 2 years. Brazil will require eVisas for USCs starting April next year, and Azerbaijan already requires eVisas for USCs.
