Renting a car in Ireland using a temporary (paper) US Driver's license I just moved from Massachusetts to Vermont and applied for an out of state transfer of my license this past week. I was issued a paper temporary VT license and they hole-punched my MA license (they also returned the MA license to me). I am leaving for Ireland in a week and am now worried that I may have messed up by doing this all before my trip...
