Is there such an MF assist mode so the camera shoots when selected area is in focus? I do a lot of handheld macro in low light conditions. Some of my subjects, for example tiny spiders on their webs, are moving rapidly. I was wondering if there are cameras with an assist mode (somewhat similar to “smile shutter”) which would allow me to mark the area I’d prefer to be in focus, and the camera would shoot automatically.
