LPT - to avoid robocalls, get a number/area code in a state where you don't know anyone and block the entire state I won't suggest specific apps here, but you can easily search how to block ZIP codes. I have gone from 10 calls a day to zero and it doesn't require annoying call screening or blocking unknown numbers.
