Do I need to meet a country’s requirements for pet travel (rabies titres test, ect) if I’m only transitting through it? I’m planning to travel with my cat from Canada —> Kuwait and transit through Turkey. Do I need any Import/export documents for the countries I’m stopping in, or is it only for the final destination?
