Opinions on Salary vs Hourly pay? I’ve been working hourly pay for most of my working life. I was offered a salary paid job, which I’ve never done before. It is for a traveling medical assistant job, 9-5 Monday to Friday with no weekends. Gas for traveling will be compensated based on mileage.
