Mascara’s that don’t smudge? Every time I wear mascara it ends up under my eyes and I look like I have black liner or eyeshadow under my eyes. I don’t rub my eyes or anything so it’s not that. I use different mascaras and they all seem to do it so maybe it’s something I’m doing?? I’ve used roller lash, better than sex, and essence (purple one). Any tips or recommendations? ...
