If you have ADHD or struggle with procrastination, just get yourself a nice tall glass or two of water and chug that shit. Now you have your very own internal timer with inbuilt discomfort! All jokes aside this actually helps, I used to do all my essays really quickly, sending uncomfortable emails, anything like that it helps trust.
