I need a mascara and eyeliner that could last a nuclear fallout. Tired of products that come off onto my under eyes. I need something that will not bleed OR flake (looking at you, tubing mascara) throughout the day. I’ve tried a gaggle of products and haven’t had any luck. Anyone have any recommendations for something that actually stays all day?
