Spain and Portugal for two weeks in September/October—any recs on things to reserve this early out? Wife and I are planning two weeks in Portugal and Spain at the end of September and beginning of October. Is there anything recommended to try and reserve several months out in advance? We’re planning on seeing Lisbon, Sintra, and Porto in Portugal and then Barcelona, Madrid, Granada, Sevilla, and Cordoba. Of note, we’re Muslim so we’re excited...
