Does anyone know what would make a photo distort like this? This is a picture probably from the 70’s of my dad, uncle, and (deceased) grandpa. I add deceased because my entire family is currently very creeped out because he happened to die of a g*n shot, which the distortion eerily looks like. This picture was fine a few years ago and when we dug it out of a drawer in a photo album today it was like that...
