Tripadvisor shout outs - why? What's up with Tripadvisor shoutouts highlighting individual staff by name? I see tons of these, and usually it's the only review by the user. I figure they are fake, but is there some incentive to highlighting a particular person at the hotel? Do they get a bonus or? I get having a really great person on staff who makes an impact on your stay, ...
