ER bill went to collections should have been paid by workers compensation I had an injury at work last June that required me to get stitches. My workers comp claim was approved and they paid the hospital bill. I then received a physician bill which I sent to my workers comp claims associate. She said she would make sure they send all bills to her. Now the bill has gone to collections, my claims associate is jerking me...
