Sell or rent condo? Need advice I have a condo that was bought for 385k @ 3.125% 30 yrs with about 285k remaining. Property taxes are about 5k. My wife and I are about to purchase a home that is 1M with 35% down at 6.50% rate 30 years. The overall interest is about 800k. I checked the market and I think I can rent the condo for about 2500, but I wonder if it is better to sell ...
