Bolder, but not colorful. Yes or no? I tried thick liquid eyeliner and bright pink eyeshadow, and it was really bad. This is pencil eyeliner and brown eyeshadow, so hopefully better. I still took into consideration the advice from before. I spread the eyeshadow up towards my eyebrows, and I applied the eyeshadow under my eyes as well. I did use black instead of brown for eyeliner...
