Smoked Wings

Smoked Wings Honey Buffalo wings. Smoked at 350 for an hour, flipped about 30 minutes in and then again with about 10 minutes left. Back on the smoker for about a minute each side after the first saucing, tossed again, another minute each side, then done. Served with Bleu Cheese, because of course it’s a sin to dip wings in ranch.
