I only have one property, but I rent it out and live in a rental myself, do I have to pay capital gains if I sell? Pretty much just the title. I have a home but I have not lived in it myself for three + years. I rent the place I live in Would I have to pay capital gains if I sell? or does it still count as my primary residence?
