(Nikon / SB-700) Using speedlight as a commander without triggering flash? I have the R1 macro speedlight kit that can be commanded by my SB-700. However, the SB-700 will always fire its flash as well when I use it, and there have been multiple times where I wish I can control the R1 kit without the SB-700 firing off to save battery. Is it possible to force an SB-700 to command other flash without firing its own flash?...
