LPT if you have trouble sleeping due to noise, try silicon earplugs I'm a terribly light sleeper and have suffered from poor sleep all my life. I tried foam earplugs and noise cancelling headphones but they aren't comfortable enough to sleep in. Mack's silicon earplugs changed my life, so comfortable and sound-proof.
