Can’t lift carry on above head
Can't lift carry on above head I am 5'3 f and admittedly not very strong. I am moving to a different country and I need to carry some heavy fragile things in my carry on like my ps5. I been lifting weights in an attempt to lift my carry on a above head but I just can't seem to lift the full thing above shoulder height. What should I do?
