Company just introduced 401k.
Company just introduced 401k. I’m 13.50 an hour + tips (also taxed). We just got a new 401k plan made available to us that allows me to contribute my own choice to a 401k or a Roth. I don’t know how to explain it completely. Any recommendations on what to do / how to go about this to maximize? Images will be posted on my profile!
